  • Doing busy work

  • Checking email

  • Checking social media

That’s what we do to hide from the work we know we should do. The work that matters.

By knowing consciously what the particular pernicious avoiding rituals are, we can interrupt our pattern and say to ourselves:

I’m doing this just to hide and stay comfortable.

Then the question is: will we find the strength within us to reset and dive in or not? Will we find the strength to overcome our discomfort?

Will you find that strength tomorrow?
